From the little bit I have worked on friends' Subarus in my shop, I don't think I would touch one. One buddy keeps a spare bag of lug nuts in his glove compartment because you usually strip a couple when you take your tires off he says. I stripped two when taking the tires off. Properly torqued. I've never heard of stripping a bolt undoing it
Sounds like a P22 Polaris - guys riding around with a bag of spare bolts.

And that’s all that matters!

I wouldn't buy a Subaru, but I've drove this one and its fast. The wrap is kinda a copy of this one from DDE on the R8

Anyone have anything good or bad to say about Mitsubishi SUV’s? Is the extra warranty they offer compared to others worth considering for peace of mind?

Stay as far away from the Outlander PHEV (plug in hybrid) as you possibly can, it's a steaming pile of hot garbage. Mitsubishi is currently contending with class action lawsuits in the US on them.

That being said, I have a family member with an about 10 year old Mitsubishi SUV, I think its the first gen outlander sport. No issues, even the CVT transmission has been good.

Had a 2012 RVR, and family had a 2010? outlander. Both were very reliable and got sold around 200k. Haven't had or known anyone with a newer unit. My RVR had the CVT and while I was initially skeptical it did just fine.
