I had a DEKOTA and went to Chev 5.3 4x4. I haul my sleds,quads and 3 horse trailer with NO problems. This is my 3 truck(all the same) and they all haul better and get MUCH better fuel milage than the v6 dacota did. I would like a 3/4 ton diesel but not practical for everyday short driving. The 5.3 dose the job(very well) on weekends and is a pleasure to drive through the week.
