Theres a really interesting episode on tonight about the whitecourt crater on the science network it definatly is worth checking out. They do some searching and find some large meteor fragments.

We had a guided quad tour to that crater last summer, courtesy of Snowdin. If he hadn't told us what it was or for the signs than we would have thought nothing of the dent in the earth.

Its discovery science, Channel 554 on the old shaw program guide. There is a rerun on at ten, the first half of the episode they search the Buzzard Coullee Fireball sight which is around the Battle River area.
