Well, we aren't having our poker ralley this year, but we're going to head out to Medicine Lake next weekend (May 5-8) anyway. Might be a little cool at night, but the propane is full, so is the rum cabinet. Anybody interested is more than welcome to come along.

Took a rip out to the gravel pit at Medicine today...the snow is basically gone, aside from a bit in the bush, and it's drying up nicely. We'll be picking up the kids from school, and heading out Thursday afternoon. It's been a long winter, staring at my trailer everyday.

I might come out for a day ride. Provided I get my clutch back together. Would love to bust out the cob webs before the rail line ride...

There is still some pretty deep snow out on the trails. The 450 king quad we had with us was having alot of problems on the old rally trail due to snow depth, oh and the ice is thin.

Holy sh!t Batman!! That's never fun. I know the pond he's in, it's pretty deep. We didn't get into the trails at all, just kind of snooped around the gravel pit.

yah, where my quad is the water was about 6'. It seemed good and solid when the ice was checked a few times as the first 3 guys crossed, unfortunately the fourth didn't have so much luck.
