Being in their early 20's means you get what you pay for? Are you stereotyping me incompetent for being in my early 20's and an equipment operator? I strongly disagree with that part of your comment.Just a shot in the dark here,but in the first pic. it looks like the 3 guy's on the right
are in there early 20's.I have no idea what happened in this incident,but you get
what you pay for in alot of area's in life.Boom look's MAYBE 3-4 metres from the
overhead line as well.
Yes, i did, and still am on the family farm and working full time. Get more seat time on equipment off work then some do at work.If you are 22 or 23 and you think you are a experienced equipment operator,I would find
that very hard to believe unless you grew up in a family owned operation and 99% of the
time that is not the case.Maybe you did.
In a booming economy there is ALOT of people doing job's that they shouldn't be.That's
kinda what I was trying to say.
