McBride in late March

Never been to McBride and was wondering what are the chances of riding in late March?
Is the trail still accessible from the staging area at that time of year?
Obviuosly depends on the weather between now and than, but is there a chance?

Yes, grooming tries to go till mid April if possible.

Have ridden from the staging area mid March. Have also driven several km up Renshaw trail in March. Snow is low this year, so it might be more of the latter.

I just looked back in my photos, but back in 2016 the wife and I were riding bell on April 22. What a gorgeous weekend that was!

ya definitely depends on the year, late March is usually still a safe bet.
I know last year we were up that way mid-April and it was still really good.

Thanks do everyone who chimed on going to McBride in late March. Weather was great, would have a liked a little fresh powder but had a great time. Boys loved it and are hooked.
