May Long Weekend 2010

I'd really like to head out with some people camping this coming long weekend.

The plan originally was Brule but most of my friends bailed, or got scheduled for work, as well as hesitant to go due to the large crowds that weekend draws.

Is there any other really good places within 2-3 hours of Edmonton that would be a good choice for camping and 4x4 quading?

Or anyone that doesnt mind an extra person tagging along.......

Hows it goin - you have the same story as me. I'm 27 and my girl's 26 I ride a yzf450 and she drives the ultimate girly quad. Anyway, were heading out to Vega, AB which is about 2 hours NW of Edmonton, by Barrhead. We've been out there abillion times, but its a good time with lots of sand and muskeg. hay there are a few of us headed to falls creek it is sothwest of rocky on #752 abut 12km before the trunk rd you are more than welcome we are headed out there thursday pm we have a grey dodge with an attitude toy hauler their will also be a f550 picker truck with a fifthwheel and a few others
