May long ride?

well I didnt get to bring my bike to baptiest lake but im glad becuase it was SUPER MUDDY! we had to use the winch a ton.

It was pretty muddy in Nordegg too, there were a couple big mud bogs, nothing we couldn't find our way through on the bikes, my buddy had to use the winch on his quad quite a bit.. of course the bikes get through everything and the quads are always gettin stuck and the bikers are always waiting for the quadders.. I was covered head to toe in mud on Sunday, made it interesting though..I was amazed at some of the chit we went through

fire wood cut and waiting for us, trails nice and close, REALLY nice cabins with all you need for cookin and relaxin.... What an exceptionally great place to spend a long weekend. Nordegg has soem epic riding.

One of my favorite parts are the old roads just behind the town that just keep going up. clearly these roads barely get any traffic. When you have 10 or so bikes racing their way up roads like that, its a blast!!!!

One of the hilights of my weekend was making it to the top of one of the longer and steeper hillclimbs Nordegg has to offer, just to see this tiny chick on a small KTM come up right behind me. I was super impressed LadyDirt made this hill on her 105. I couldnt believe how crazy the rocks were.

Met a bunch of awesome people, drank wayyyy too much, and did some awesome riding. One of the better May-Long weekends I've had.

Haha, funny you mention "wresting", because KTM 13-44's girlfriend has a blackbelt, and she wrestled a guy with us one night. It was very entertaining, Johnny missed it, but I have to say it was pretty impressive watching the girl take down a 200+ lb guy several times LOL.

It was definitely a blast thats for sure! The riding in Nordegg is very technical and challenging...and sometimes pretty intimidating. My first go on that hill was unsuccessful, made it half way. Went back down and hit er again and made it! The next day I was climbing all those nasty hills like a banshee..there was no stoppin the little 105.. this was my first time riding that bike in Nordegg and i'm definitley very happy with it! It was awesome to see two groups of my friends that have never met mingle and ride together and get a long all weekend! :d
