Id try it the way it is, If it doesn't hold rpm in deep pow gear it down a bit more.

20/49 gearing on the 163 sleds. I think 154 was 21/49 ?
Like Dan said , try it first as drivers will drop ratio 7-8% .
I think you will need to be around the 20/49 . IMO
Will probably require some fine tuning with clutching as well.
