Picked up the chassis from NPP today and i'm "VERY HAPPY" with the results!! Excellent work. When i dropped it off we discussed what i was wanting and it was a user friendly setup that made good power at altitude.
Going to finish things up over the next bit and i think i'll go back and do a dyno session to see what is there. Higgins.

I would say a dyno session is a must. With custom pipes you need to know where its making power. I ran 700 slp pipes on an 800 ran it at 8100 rpms wasnt making any power. Dynoed it at Mots it was making 151 hp and 101.7 ft lbs of torque at 7800 rpms. Tom couldnt believe it.

Got the carbs 97% done, short a few hose and carb boot clamps. Using
44mm Lectrons with a 5-2xl needle and fine tune at altitude with a Variflow.

Yes that could be an idea, besides the old wedges might surprise a couple of people out their! Things are at a snails pace right now, just installing the snow eliminators but i've a couple of small parts on order that i need to start things up. Post up some pics of your wedge!

From the second last picture it looks like your track can kick snow and ice up into it from the bottom. Would this cause a problem or is that picture just deceptive.

Just have to field test them, let me know how they do, I've been thinking about ways to reduce the amount of snow build up

I have used F-bomb boards befor on my 08 nytro with lots of support and hit a 35 foot jump many times and at the end of the season the boards were molding to my feet haha but they worked great in the deep and the snow kick off was very nice and you look like you have tons of bracing and thinner boards so my opinion they should work perfect!!
