I am waiting on new puller to show up that I ordered last week. My cheapo version wouldn't pop the flywheel. Hopefully I stopped before damaging something else. I went through the entire 500 page service manual from country cat website and printed off the schematics and specs sheets. Now I can go through the entire harness and check for shorts while I wait. I still seems like I am overlooking something very basic that is causing no spark. Looks like I have all summer to figure it out anyway.

Update; My sled runs fine after taking every electrical connection apart, making sure they were clean, and then grease and back together.

The only issue I found was the fuel pump connection. It had a little bit of corrosion. Cleaned that up, put the sled back together, and it ran fine for hours yesterday.
