The last few times that i took the m-grand out when its been below -15 the steering has been tight, hard to turn. I put the sled in the shop the other day and let it thaw out real good. When i greased the spindles a bit of water came out. Im hoping this was the problem, freezing. Next week i get to go play again, im hoping ive solved the sticky steering, probrably wont know for sure because i doubt it wont get much colder then -10 from now on.

Just a heads up to others. Im sure im not the only one that has found this.

You're problem is ice building up on the steering arms under the bulkhead. You stop for a few minutes, snow starts to melt, freezes when you go again and gets tight. If it happens again just poke all the snow and ice out between the bellypan and the bulkhead.
