at first I thought this was meant to be satire but I'm not sure if it's serious or not. CBC is usually a credible source, funny non the less.

This Is That is one of the greatest radio programs ever. it is completely satire, but people don't expect it from the CBC...the listener feedback calls are hilarious. one of my favourites was the report on Montreal making it law that all dogs must receive bilingual training and understand commands in both English and French. people were outraged LMAO

I laughed when the dude was insistent that Canadians drive on the wrong side of the road and drive at 110 mph. Too funny......
