Thank you we will be back in a couple of weeks hope your snow stays
Roads and parking lots have been cleared and I am told snow conditions are fantastic. ( I think my son may be trying to bug me a little because I can't ride this year.)

There is lots of tree riding available in Lumberton, I am sure each rider has his/her opinion which is the best. From what I hear conditions are fantastic right now, reports of 12-18 inches of fresh snow. Check out the Cranbrook Snowmobile Club facebook page for pictures and reports.

If you follow the map towards either Helen's lake or McNeil lake they both have lots of safe areas.

Big map at the trail head will show you where to go. Keep in mind there are some areas where tree riding is a no-no because of Caribou habitat agreements. Mostly in the northern half of the riding area. It's all on the big sign map.

Lots of tree riding, but the GD bikers are screwing the fun sled riding area up. Take your bikes where sled can't go I say.

Not sure about the grooming, it's been pretty warm here. I know there was some grooming done a week ago but don't know if they have been out since. The road and parking lot is muddy but you can still get in and out without a problem, lots still using trailers here.

Any snow to get up, or mud riding for a ways?
I was bored and went for a drive this afternoon, the road isn't to bad and the parking lot is still over half snow/ice covered. I doubt if there is any dirt showing on the trails yet.
IMAG0172[1].jpg This is what it looks like leaving the parking lot.

Dam you RAIN!! Snow gone in town and betting the crap out of the snow out there. Will not be much left by the weekend. What is left should be a great base.
