when we go into new terrain that we for sure want to explore we usually send one machine down to see if it can get back out before we send the whole group. At least then you have a machine to ride out on.

I bought my first "New" Sled in 1980 a Yamaha ET340 Enticer, actually read the manual that came with, will always remember the one liner in the pre face....


"This machine can travel farther in an hour then you can walk in 8 hours."

Now ***extrapolate***that to the new technology and in the mountains.....

the only thing wrong here is the poor media, this would be a good story for your group, only one way to learn your capabilities. glad all worked out and now probably a whole lot smarter.
