My 03 Legend 700 has been a great sled since it was new. This year on our first ride the intake boot fell off #2 carb no big deal we put it back on and ran some carb cleaner through it. Now when it is at idle approx. 1000-1500 rpm #1 cyl cuts out completly. It seems to be firing fine and we tried a new plug just to be sure. Could it be a RAVE valve sticking?:help:

How was the intake boot when you put it back on. They have been known to crack allowing too much air in. Also how did the reeds look, as a broken or stuck reed can create issues as well.

I need to tear into it this week, but I want a manual before I do. Hate to bring the sled to dealer but I also don't want to do more damage than harm.
