I have front and back on mine as well, really like how I can secure my sled from the ground instead of scrambling around on my sled deck. I do throw a couple of straps from the back of my skid to the sled deck as a little insurance, as there isn't much of the skid on the deck.

I was pretty sure they were just a waste of money..... UNTIL I GOT THEM !!!. I use front and rear on my sled deck and wouldn't go back. They are fast to put on and haven't had a sled move since I started using them. Well worth the money !!!
