Looking for ride in accommodations in BC. Any Suggestions?

We normally stay at peaks in Revelstoke, but we are looking into other options this year. Looking for a lodge or cabin to rent on a hill. Something we can ride right to at the end of the day.

I was thinking about trying this place out this year. Anyone know if you can just make a day trip out of there. Think it's like 50k from the highway just don't know how much you have to go past the lodge.

I believe you have to stay at the lodge to ride there area. Just under $200/night with 3 meals included.

There is a little town in south east BC called Elkford where you can ride from the motel. The motel is very reasonable and I have a nephew that comes out with a crew from Saskatoon. He enjoys it as there are no crowds and everything is good. I could even hook you up with a dude who would tour you around. Closest BC mountain riding to the Saskatoon area.

The area is open to anyone, you don't have to stay at the lodge to ride there. Just an FYI.

Stayed there on August long, the beds and decor are as old as the lodge. Smokey bear right across the highway has nice little cabins for rent
