Looking to see if overnight camping will be permitted this season in the staging areas due to the covid pandemic?
I highly doubt it, search and rescue wouldn't be a fan of this.Looking to see if overnight camping will be permitted this season in the staging areas due to the covid pandemic?
With A NDP majority, will out of province residents even be allowed in the province to sled??? Or will they make a BC bubble.
I don't see why it would be a problem. Peeps have been doing it for years. Dustin, please explain what the problem would be with SAR.I highly doubt it, search and rescue wouldn't be a fan of this.

I think a better question is will they be able to sled at all?

Any community that is against riders, shouldn't have built areas for riding. Revelstoke, Sicamous, Valemount, McBride, Whistler, and many more, have a largely tourism based economy to survive. They need people who come and spend money to survive, or will become another ghost town, and soon nobody will live there.
Yes, the signs are there.Revelstoke has the only staging areas I have seen no camping signs in. Most places don’t care but revelstoke always has.
What does this have to do with camping and staging areas and what are you trying to say here? That all theses communities are against Sledder’s coming to ride? Im pretty sure my house won’t just evaporate in to thin air cause people don’t come to ride here. People come to these areas because there all badass places too visit and ride. If you don’t want to support these riding areas then stay home and don’t complain about them.
Obviously you misread that post, and haven't read any of my other posts.
I am extremely pro riding area, and buy 3 area passes annually. My point was simple, why would any community want to stop people from coming, riding, and even camping. Tourism such as sledding, and other things, is the lifeblood of many communities. Some people are trying to say that communities don't want riding, or camping. I feel the opposite is true, and they desperately want and need us. Us sled riders dump an awful lot of money into these towns.
But hey, thanks for being quick to jump to your false conclusion, I appreciate it.
