Hope ya didn't bat an eye at the HP dealer! .. They sold my dad the wrong scratchers and when he went back to return them the guy that owns it told him they don't refund for wrong parts and after a little arguing he refunded for half of it and as my Dad walked out he threw the scratchers at him. Quality HP service apparently.
