Any one out there know how to get the pins out of the wire harness to replace elements?

they have locking tabs on them . Use a very small screwdriver or one side of a tweezer or something small and flat. slide the tool along the pin from the front side and pull the wire and pin out of the back. Have a good light so you can see what your doing.

I just did my Doo'. My sausage fingers aren't made for work like that. But I didn't break anything.

Yup. Just like the vid. Eye glasses screwdriver. On the latch side. Just wiggle the screw driver as you pull slightly on the wire. Will pop right out. First one took awhile to get out. After I found the trick takes less than 5 seconds per connector. If you are having trouble, you are not doing it right. Try a different approach.
