21 new sleds in the RB auction here in GP on the 14th and 15th. All from Hansen. 800's and 1000's. Will be interesting to see what they go for.

I bet they don't go cheap,.. just like when RB was selling off that lot of Moose 500 quads.

I went with a buddy who used to be the distributor here and they were selling $1000 more than they were worth.

All it takes is that 1 STUPID idiot to start bidding the first one up,.. and it ruins it for the remaining ones.

Yea but it will only sell for what someone is willing to pay, and if it sells for less then it's worth it doesn't mean much to richie bros. Yea some stuff goes stupid cheap, some stupid high. But last year model sleds, in the SPRING.....I don't seem them getting anywhere near what they are worth especially when there is that many. Not to mention lately most stuff has been going for nothing at richie bros, something about a recession dunno never heard about it..........

But you are right, I seen sled decks going for more then new at micheners and it happens all the time with trailers. But sleds I really can't see them getting 15k+ a sled. You'd have to be a idiot to pay more then about 11k for them.

Ya he just sold his $240million dollar yacht for cheap

It was 94 million new and sold for 45 million to some guy from the UK.
I was hoping someone from here would have bought it and invite us all for a cruise.
I'll bet those sleds break the bank as they always do at auctions. Guys just get stupid and keep there hands in the air till they're owners. Half forget that there is still GST and buyers fees that usually pushes the price pass full retail.

yeah....I was at that sale where the Mosse quads went stupid high...and saw rental tundra sleds with like 9000kms were getting $35 to $3800....but then Ritchies is often like Veags eh????? they have all that nice stuff cause they give everything away at bargain prices! LOL...like others said....one stupid parahna...creates a frenzy....be neat to see what they go for...all I know is if I went....they'd go for 10% more than new and I wasted a day and burnt gas for nothing....If I don't go....they'll go for half price!!!!! LOL.

LOL....I wanted to go but the wife has this computer bugged I'm sure....everytime I hit Ritchie Bros or Auction in Google....I hear this rumbling and before I can even close the screen...I have this crazed looking women... looking down at me like a vulture about to attack! lol...Can't blame her I guess....I have a sickness with auctions, garage sales etc. I can't seem to go to a sale and come home and say..."things went high so I never bought anything or there was noting there I needed" ...If I ever did that I am sure I'd be looking for a new mate as the wife would probrably die of a heart attack. I recall a time I went to a sale and bought what I thought was (1) lawn mower as I needed a new one but when I went to pay ....I ended up with (9) of them! I guess I nodded my head when I was asked if I wanted the rest at the same price ...just about put her over the edge I tell ya....my truck looked like a bloody porcupine when I pulled in...I have yet to top that one....first time in my life that I can honestly say that she was speechless...and the look on her face ....I was laughing so hard I almost fell outta my truck....she never said a word to me for almost an entire day....now I just tell her I'm gonna go lawn mower shopping if she gives me a hard time....shes just throws her hands in the wind and walks away...LOL. Now you watch and see Mamma....I don't go and yer gonna get a sweet deal I bet...:d

pipe, can, intake, and clutch it and it will climb unreal and you can still drive it in the flats with pump unlike a two stroke turbo.........

seen one 200hp 162 mod out climb a 153 turbo nytro...... both pump gas

I've got a RT1000 so a M8 or M1000 would be a step down :p But a brand spanking new sled would be nice.....I want a turbo eventully for sure, my rt1000 pulls hard but always need more :d Just mostly never been a big fan of the m series at all.

you want to step ahead not back:beer:

LMFAO:smiliestirthepot: better be careful them is fightin words.:nono:

Actually when i get a chance to ride it and if i don't like it i will sell it and keep my cat. The reason i bought it was to see what the rave is all about. I feel that it is a little tough to take a persons sled that i don't know and ring the s#!t out of it, then give it back to him and say nice sled handles nice bla bla bla. This way i have a really good comparision to my cat. I do expect it to handle way better on the trails as my cat was rough to ride but in the powder i LOVE myCAT:d you can breath on the running board and it will lean into the hill. I will be running both this coming year and report back to you. lol
