Lock out rear shocks for G4

I ordered a set with the new sled I’m also curious if anyone has thrown them in yet. I thought the lockout was the best feature on my old cat.

Perfect if they can hold the turbo the NA sled will really like it

This may be a dumb question but I know a lot of folks buy aftermarket shocks with the intent of moving them from sled to sled. Putting the stock shocks back on when it comes time to sell. I assume after whatever number of kms or years a person needs to rebuild these. If you buy Fox shocks do you send them back to Fox to be rebuilt?

From the quick look on the link the 2.0 was only on Renegade gen 4 center shock

That is my exact plan and generally getting them rebuilt or revalued was reasonable I don’t remember exact numbers.

It would be pretty sweet to be on the boondock setting riding though the trees then decide you want to do a steep climb, push the button and away you go!

It looks pretty unreal. But for 4K....... take wife to Mexico or shocks easy decision bring it on bumpy trails

I thought cat has the IQS from factory in 2021? maybe the hardcore?

I was told when you lock the skid shock, the skis go to position 1 automatically too. kinda neat

They do.
I rode one yesterday.

$1500 bucks for fronts you cheap fawk.
Work 2 shifts of ot and they are paid for.

And also you can sell the shocks used for $750 when your done with them, so your really only out $750.

And plus think of all the money your saving taking the wife to Mexico over a rental.......

I’m pretty sure the stock shocks should be fine for your needs this year riding around farm fields, poker rallies, going to A and W for coffee. Have you heard of the 165-121 conversion kit you have to hand in your man card to get it but I hear it’s so awesome you can go so fasttt!
