 Friday June 3rd Camping Available, Early Registration/Poker Hand 3pm-6pm, Dance w/bar 8pm, $10 entry, $3 drinks.
 Saturday June 4th Rally, Registration Opens/Poker Hand 9am, Draws & Winners announced 6pm, BBQ open at 4pm
 Sunday June 5th Toonie Pancake Brunch, 10am…All participants must be off property by 9pm

Not to freak you guys out BUT have you started your work on the SRD permit yet? Better start now than to get it shoved in your face 1 week before the event. SRD will be watching. Snow and Mud had to go thru this last year. ALOT of work.

yep,srd knows all about it. doing the route this month, thanks for the heads up though. Any other suggestions would be great.. we want this to go as smooth as possible and have a great turn out for years to come.

Lol the camping and parking is held on a 1/4 section of open private land. we will have better maps and instructions soon

OK you should also watch the alcohol involvement with your event. As you know our sport is under a microscope right now and the idea of beergardens at a ATV Rally is just fuel on the fire. Responsible land use and responsible OHV use is going to get us noticed in a beter way.
Trail routing is important to try to avoid the sensitive areas. Did SRD explain the penalities and costs of abusive destruction?
I just want to make you organizers aware of what can happen. Insurance??
