I bought one being of this year from E-B speed and have not had any problems . It started my sled in -20 but not -28 after drive home on sled deck .
Im hoping I got a good one . Eathon at E-B Speed said they have changed some things and made improvements . Time will tell
I don't mind pull starting in extreme cold . Its in the hills were I need it too work .
