Only issues I see is it a little tight getting it off with out a tipped up bumper like the G4 and I may have to block the linq brackets up off the tunnel to clear the xm heat exchanger

Looks good.. I hacked my flap off on my 13XM, 15T3, 17G4 and so on.. Long as you ride hard on the trails my sled never over heats.. Save your money, cut it off and chuck the flap behind your toolbox for when you want to sell the sled..

this is awesome! I was wanting to know if this can be done. Did the bracket fit in the stock holes on the tunnel or did you have to drill some new holes?

You have to drill new holes I just held the piece up and drilled through it one at a time and bolted it up
I used a scrap piece of thin black plastic to hide the couple of slots that are in the back of the tunnel
you can see the slots I covered in this picture from football this one also has the g4 bumper

Yea I did the the g4 removable snow flap and used the stock XM one instead of the g4 one. Worked out good. Used a g4 tip up bumped as well.

I’d like to see how yours worked out!
Interested. So a stock G4 bumper will fit and XM?
I’m assuming a 165 will not work on a 174?
