LINQ removable flap part, sold separately?.

I heard the part that you rivet to the tunnel can be bought separately.

I can't seem to find it on the accessory catalogue.

I took my 154 and long tracked it to 165. The track caught the snow flap and cracked the mounting bracket when I forgot to put the strap on..

I don't like the linq thingy that holds the flap away on the experts, so I made a strap to work on the flap/bumper it works well (If you use it LOL)

Anyone make an aluminum flap mount? I was thinking of making one, just because the plastic is still just plastic.

Thoughts?

You can buy just the bracket, can't remember how much but i just asked my dealer when i broke it last year, wasn't too expensive. I was in a hurry, left the flap on when backing off the deck, broke it first try, lol

You have probably gone through more flaps and pieces than the rest of our old customers combined? What are you doing that no one else is Bert? Do you back out of trailer or deck and flap catches under track maybe? Not sure why this happens a lot to you? Lol

Allways take off when unloading Had it on while riding in some deep snow yesterday and had a stuck trenched down That cracks it and then the track gets sucked in the track on the whooped out trail. Cant ride the whooped out trail with out running up into the 65 vs 44 degree range for engine temp.
It is built way too weak and should be aluminum IMO
