LinQ Bottom Pieces

Hopefully this hasn't been covered before, but does anyone know if someone manufactures the bottom part of the LinQ system?

Last year some of our group bought fuel caddy's to use just the bottom bit to mount Pelican cases to the tunnels, was hoping to avoid that extra cost. They sure worked nice though!

Searched high and low, all I can find are the clips that hold them to the tunnel? Want that whole plastic bit.
