WTF is everyone gonna do for the 2 weeks it'll take for Joey to pick bottles along the ditches from Maynooth to Victoria???
Actually it might take him a lot longer!!!

I might have to go back to work, this place will die...there is no way the rest of us can keep up the shenanigans without his input...

Im gonna go tell the wife to plan on getting some groceries...daddys goin back to work...

yup were desperate!! delivered most of the wood! theirs still a pickup truck load. have not loaded up yet.

You do understand (maybe you dont) that even should you get an offer on the house, it will take up to a few weeks to close, line up the financing and such...

I hope the Topaz isnt idleing with the sisters in it...

60k?? What are you guys living in a tent???

Uhmmm, has anyone in your family looked at prices in Victoria? If you are only bringing 60k from the sale of the house, you better be bringin a damn big load of wood bud...

we live in a 4 bedroom house on 25 acres , 10 on the side with the house (the one they want) is 90 k and the other side with 15 acres is 40 k or the hole lot for 120 k and were gonna rent.

So you have 3 options for a buyer, either 90k, 40k, or 120k for the whole works...

These folks are approved for 60k, which means the 15ac parcel only, so what about the rest of the land??

Fuk sometimes you dont know to laugh or feel bad... Most lots near here are 50-100k depending how close to the city. I couldnt imagine what they would be in Victoria.

yah thats how it works!! they are getting the 90 k deal , 60 k up front and the rest in payments i guess , or something like that!

I think something was lost in translation, if you get approved for 60,000 you are only allowed to buy something for that value. Unless they made 60,000 after selling and are putting towards a house. Why did you move in the first place?
