It is my constitutional right to wear a tuque in the winter eh. I cant wear my helmet when I'm collecting maple syrup on my ATV with a tuque on eh. Think I have a case? LolIt's no different than Sihk's not having to wear a helmet on an ATV in Alberta if they are wearing a turban.

How is that no different? One is just a dude riding around with no helmet (if he dumps it he'll hurt himself) and the other is a person buying firearms with their face covered up, and then doing whatever they want with said firearms (potentially dangerous to the public)....please enlighten me on your thought process
