LG front load washing machine issues

hey all, anyone have any experience with these? We have had it 3 years ish but now when I try to a tub clean it leaks out the front? thx

There is a little door near bottom below door that needs to be drained and cleaned occasionally. Also if you move the gasket by drum and door there is a small drain hole that gets hair, lint and other crap in it, when ours has a small leak i clean the drain hole and it fixes it.

We have owned a Tromm set for 13 yrs, with 2 dogs and 2 cats in the house, those drains need to be cleaned out after almost every load.
Its also a good idea to leave to washer door propped open until the interior dries out. Keeps it smelling better. Its supposed to help the gasket stay soft and not compress to the shape, so you get a better seal. Not sure about that tip, but if I leave the door closed when I'm done I hear about from my wife!

clean the seal and wipe the door where it meets the seal.
