I live in chestermere we must hook up for a surf one day man, oh and a sled ride too, where you live? I usually ride 2-3 times a week, go out about 7at nite until dark, I would like to wake board on some early sunday mornings but nobody wants to wake up to hit the glass. got dry suit so I am out as soon as there is enough water,

yeah yeah, that was on chestermere all right. i live in somerset, a block off of the 22x so it is a quick rip out to the lake. for sure i'd be up to hook up and do some surfing and sledding. we did most of our surfing at night too, i'm sure thats when you woulda seen us. we got a buddy who lives on the lake and has access to a private launch, so we hit chestermere lots.
i got a full length 4:3 wet suit, so we rode pretty late in the season too. so much better when everybody else has already given up cause of the water temp!
i've been out sledding with 'foothillsM8' and 'dobir' a few times this year, i believe you ride with them sometimes?? i'm good to go pretty much everyweekend, lmk what works.

You lucky bastages:mad:....i wish i had a lake lot with the boat on the lift all summer. That Chestermere lake looks pretty nice, how far from Edmonchuk. I'm currently dealing with a guyin the USA for some HID lights for my tower, we usually board til dusk and surf til dark...usually pulling out of the parking lot around midnight after the shammy process of course.

This is my summertime toy. It's a 72 Nordic that I bought for $750 with the trailer. I put my buick nailhead in it that was in an old wooden v-drive that I ran for 15 years.

The one you took to the dump looks nicer than the one I got 20+ days out of last year :d

It looked good from a distance but since it was a wood boat I got tired of trying to keep it floating. The wood was dryrotted and I couldn't get the fiberglass skin to keep from blowing off at speed.
