It climbs amazing i can adjust very easy to have no ski lift to quite a bit of lift with just adjusting the rear shock pressure. it boondocks great too. I have heard of lots of people having issues with ski pressure being too much for them and boondocking being pretty harsh but I think that could have been from numerous other settings as well (front shock pressure, ski stance, rear skid shock pressures) etc, I have had mtn tamer, m10 and modified yammi suspensions and this one is definately my fav for all around with m10 being a close second.
I am running a 162 EZ Ryde under my Nytro with a MPI 180 turbo kit.I would like a little more ski lift.I'm 260 with gear on.Input on shock settings would be great.
Well there's 2 ways to get it with the ez ryde. loosen of your rear skid spring on the shock and that will allow the the rear to squat easier and allow the skis to come up or talk to chad at cr racing and get his front skid mount track system. It allows you to move the front skid bolt up or down in a little track system you rivet where the front skid bolt is. It's like having a little limiter strap up front. That's about all you'll get for ski lift since the skid is a hillclimb skid mainly, hope that helps.
Whatever works for a person, 35 miles of groomed then powder gotta carry fuel so it does work. Love the pic's of the Nypex Shad!!! Also like how well you have made it work.
