They have been changing clutching, gearing, programming, calibrations since 1997 and not telling customers. The only thing your going to here about is new features. Like tracks skids etc or if they added considerable hp

calibrations such as what ? clutching/gearing is the same as last year .programming for ecu or fuel yeah but let"s not get carried carried away with the 14 martin sales pitch

HHAHAHHA awesome

Have any of you tried one before you start yipping?
I put a 163x15x2.5 on 2008 xp and worked very well.
Winter has been around for quite a while and isn't afraid to step out of the Doo thinking box like some.
Nice sled

well it sucks on the polaris so i didnt think the XM would magically make it better but hey maybe!

its 15 wide also where i ride in the deep snow(crazy right) floatation is important why sacrifice that for a sled that handles like it has a 15 wide track

Maybe he found taking weight off that hefty girl minimizes the need for a big trapper sled type track ! By your thinking you guys should fit a 24 wide in there, would have to be better right.
Hearing next new release for one of them MAY be 13 or 14 wide 2.5 to 3 inch, 162-3 long, on a much reduced weight sled built for mountain riding. Makes sense, necessary floatation is certainly relative to weight, and with the right chassis, that sounds like a fun sled. Doo is kinda showing their awareness of that by their use of the flex side track which shows they subscribe in some degree to that theory, now cause a 10 percent or so weight loss and I suggest you'll find you don't really need a 16 or 20 wide track, just makes it wanna stay flat and harder to wrestle.
Sounds interesting unless unfortunately for you, you're just a Tard who can't see past buying anything that doesn't have a Doo decal.
Hey just imagine, then your track will fit inside your 14 inch ski stance. LOL.

I was simply asking the question no one was yipping!!!!
Im a man of logic and logic says wider is better. Better flotation and more paddles digging. But on the same time it is heavier and robs more power to turn. I was simply looking for a reasoning behind the question.
