LOL...... lots of 17 hour days that makes for a large bill for sure. The 910 in the early stages last year needed some R&D from the builder before it was able to make power. I think now with the twin pips its making around 175 to 180hp.

Sled is almost ready for the snow just some maintenance. Put Vanamburg tunnel reinforcement on, polished tunnel, PA head & some powder coating this summer. Snow already :(

Braaaaap !!

Nice sled Chris, great color. You've built some nice sleds the last couple years. Went to local dealer a while ago , my sno check XM was here. Got there and good for them, they sold over 200 sleds and I swear all of them must have been lined up and pdi'd. Basically 3 color schemes, and the vast majority were black with red. Gee, I'd feel special, maybe they should give each buyer a different color fuzzy ribbon they can tie on their bars to make identification easier. LOL. Great sled but man them and Cat need to start following Polaris and allow sno checkers to custom order at least the paint and ski colors.
The Cat dealer should sneak over that fence , switch all of the tethers around on all couple hundred sleds, They'd be foo barred for a week straightening that mess out. LOL.
Hope that turbo rocks.

Its pretty much the size of a lunch box. I carry tools in a the small one and all my other stuff in a larger one.

do you find just the one 5L fuel can is enough? ive never needed spare fuel, cut it close but always got back to the truck, always ran 10L of spare fuel but like i said never needed it.

I also ride with 10-14 guys so i guess could always steal fuel from someone!

The half bag will be nice, looks like it can fit 4 water bottles to keep that weight out of my avy bag, bought a hydropac for my avy pack but found the weight of the pack and the 2L of water was a killer by the end of the day.

I have a combination for every riding area, I have yet needed gas as well but I have two small gas, small storage and a big storage. I usually run small gas and small storage for parts/tools
large storage for food and drink and gloves etc.
I only use my avy back for a avy bag nothing in it but survival stuff.
My back appreciates it at the end of the day.
