I know guys that make their own with bycicle cables and handles, but I will be buying the goldfinger for the scud. I like some actual machine work done on the parts that are on my sled.

It's true isn't...I like the times, both, that a guy hops on his sled and brabs the brake...ooops that was the goldfinger and now he hits his buddies sled...lol...twice I've seen it.

NOTE - don't park in front of someone with lefty throttle

NOTE - don't park behind someone when you have a lefty throttle

I have the goldfingre lefty, and i love it. I don't use it unless my wife gets my sled into a pickle. She has a nack of parking right inside tree wells. The only problem i have had is that the trottle freezes up when it gets below 25. Wakes you up really quick if your not paying attention.

A few weeks ago I was riding one of my brothers sleds.
It has a left hand throttle and pin was in.

Coming down the mountain in the trees a branch or tree hit the gold finger.
This twisted it on the bar and away I went 3/4 throttle.

Into the trees, over 5000.00 damage to the sled.
I guess it came loose and turned on the bar.
