Just wondering if anybody has had a chance to get rid of the old XP headlights with a delete kit, and substituted anything else in their place? I have been looking into Vision X LED lights and i would love to find an easy way to strap one on my sled. Any input would be appreciated.

Im running the mountian addiction headlight delete kit and have a small Vision X LED mounted ontop of guage cluster works great.

Sounds Like I'm running same set up on mine, but mounted Mine between the Handlebar Risers, have done this on my last two sleds. Provides Just enough Light to get out. I generally don't do any night riding.

Its a Vision X, Solstice Solo - LED, HID, and Halogen Lighting | Off Road, Mining, Marine, Agriculture, Defense, Industrial, Commercial, Automotive, I'm Sure you can pick them up just about anywhere JB Auto, CTP etc. Auto Accessorie shops Online, I Picked Mine up at Cycle Works West. Was just touring around one day seen it there.

I might build a new bracket down the road, now that I have Gauges. But I think it still may work for what I need.

Yea I have 3 of those Solstice pods. I put two on the back of my truck under the sled deck hooked up to the reverse lights. Brightest LEDs going, those are 10W as opposed to most LED which are 3 or 5W. Vision X also sells a helmet bracket with a battery pack for those lights, which I've used as well. Anybody else mount these on their sleds?

Those LED's in the Vision X's look like Cree XML-T6's. VERY bright LED's.

If anyone is handy, some guys are making some pretty impressive lights out of those. Check out:
