Need some help. I'm leaking coolant through my overflow on my 2012 800 pro. It only leaks on initial start up when it's cold (-10), it will puke out half a litre and then quit when the engine runs for 15 seconds and it only leaks when it's cold. I've changed head o rings as well as thermostat and rad cap. Also I am running a slp stage 4 kit. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Yes surge bottle is full before I start it. (not overfilled, just to full line). I top it off after it quits leaking and it's good until next cold start

If you don't fill the reservoir, does your sled burp out the antifreeze on the next cold start? It could just be that your sled is finding its natural normal coolant level. I had a doo that I would keep filling to the line and it would continuously burp out antifreeze. I just left it find its normal level and everything was fine. Just watch your temp. to make sure your not running too low and not cooling corectly
