Is there any products like a wedge that goes between the overload spring and the leaf pack to help the sag?. I do know of helper springs and airbags, but I think a wedge would work if there are makers.
Not a good idea. Doing that will put a stress point on the main leaf of the spring pack and eventually break the spring. There’s better ways to increase the load carrying ability of the truck.
AirbagsOk that's what I was afraid of. What's a cheaper way to help the springs?

1 hour per side with no compressor and you can find them on kijiji for $100 used in good condition.
put a set of tinbrens they work real good
Timbrens are awesome on a one ton that never rides good anyway lol,I've had mine 7 years no problems other then the odd frost heave that kicks back and reminds me who's boss, never have to play with them they are always ready.Absolute worst thing I did to my truck was put those in! When you did have weight in the truck it ride like a lumber wagon. Air bags all the way!
