I hear ya there lol
I do mainly commercial buildings and renos. But have lots of earthwork experience preping slabs, roads, parking lots, grading, ect ect. Not really actively looking for work but always open to opportunities.
Also don't really care if it's supervisory work or not. Being site super can be highly over rated

I am shop foreman and look after 24 guys in a welding shop. It is a highly over rated job, I should go take the baby sitting course that would make me more qualified to do my job.

yup. just stept down from project manager position with the company I work for... but was on sallary and worked to many hours. 75 plus some weeks. went back to the tools and am responsible for just my work now. and I get to see my family during week as well!thats true. I am a site super/ project manager making well over 50/hr. I do all the stuff nobody wants to do. Pick up garbage etc. run for fuel. Basically the crews do the work and I solve the problems that occur.
Also must pass a drug and alcohol test and hold a drivers license
