ktm 105 tranny oil

So I've been using Dextron iv ATF in my sons 03 ktm 50 and seems to be working just fine. Can I also use this in a 07 ktm 105?

You can search this to death. For every answer that says you can you get one that says you shouldn't. It does have a little more detergent which can be good or bad however you look at it.

I prefer something with a little more viscosity.

I don't but have heard of a few guys that do, even in the bigger ktms.

Ran it in my KX 500 with no issues for a day of riding but switched back to Motul. It made me nervous.
