Agreed. Spirit west does great work. They actually do a lot of warranty work for Klim and Motorfist.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Why not try warranty? Different company but I ripped my motorfist jacket last year. Totally my fault and they repaired it under warranty. Klim might do the same. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Spirit West/Outdoor Approach is the first thought if this is not a manufacturers defect. They are fast, in-expensive, and great to deal with.

If you go the warranty method; Go the the Klim website Welcome | KLIM Snowmobile and Motorcycle Gear| Free Shipping Over $100 and go to the warranty page, fill out the form and include a picture and a scanned copy of the invoice. If they think it may be a warranty job they will send a case number to you. Then you get it to Spirit West with your case number for assessment. If it is warranty they will repair on their dime.

Good luck.
