Rode a 06 700 for 7 yrs never broke axles, just kept on running, did repair a couple boots, Otherwise hassle free, rolled it a few times too, had 28 zillas on it, Great machine, i would be putting a set of wheel spacers on it for stability , lots of power left in the machine. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another onej

what imdoo'n said...

Polaris and Suz dealer up here... dealers says the suz never comes back for service... everyone i know loves them and never has a problem with them.. very reliable machine with a fun factor as well...you don't see many modded out so i can't say what happens reliability wise when they are (if this is your plan) most people i know threw 27 on the them and haven 't touched a thing... only work required is oil changes

he is in strathmore. quad runs good, just a bit faster than mine. i think it has a new clutch, runs mudbugs. not sure of mileage. if your interested i can pm you his number.

he wanted to sell it because he hurt his shoulder and rthe handle bar jarring agrevates it. it does run good.

Had the exact quad, actually kinda miss it. Was way lighter than all the other big bores and frankly in the floating muskeg I feel like it went better. The only thing I touched were 3 rear boots from sticks, not much protection. When you buy one pm me, still got those rear aluminum guards in the garage, toss them on right away. There's a couple easy mods to do such as machining the primary ($125), VDI (look for used) and maybe an injector. Actually I'd consider buying another one...

I had 2005 king quad 700, loved it 6000km no issues. I just replaced it with a new one a month ago. I got a kingquad 750 with power steering. I wanted a bigbore single, so it was the grizz or another king quad. The king quad just felt more comfortable for me. Built proof quad. Change to oil and wash it. Years of good service.

I had an 08' that I had done up a fair bit (m109r injector, vdi, etc etc). Great quad for in the bush IMO. Not the fastest ride by any means (I had a stock 700 grizzly pulling away from me, same size tires, I wasn't too pleased haha). But for in the muskeg and mud these things seem to stay on top and hook up nicely. They are a solid and reliable ride, just lacking a bit in the power department compared to similar sized quads.
