We ride trails mostly aswell, yes the KTM drinks fuel. How is the suspension on the CRF80? I wish somebody made a 4 stroke with good suspension

The suspension is ok. Not crazy good but kids are light. He loves the 80. His cousin has a 70 and he's tried it and way more prefers the 80. Plus he now knows clutching so bonus.

my youngest went from the honda z50r, to the xr 70, and then to the crf 100. didn't take him long at all to get onto the manual clutch and 5 speed. the '09 100 is now for sale and he'll be riding a crf 230 this weekend for the first time.

I got my daughter a Xr 100 and was on a 70 before, she is on tip toe but does well.
