Kakwa riding conditions 2014 / 2015

Anyone been out to see what the snow conditions are like ?

Supposably there is absolutely no snow, all rain, my buddy went quadding there on Friday

Anyone know the website to get daily weather at Kakwa. I usually just go by GP or grande casche weather but that doesn't always mean that Kakwa isn't getting any snow. I type in Kakwa region on the weather network app but it register nothing. Any ideas on how to get exact conditions

Basically just get the weather for areas surrounding kakwa and hope for the best. No way to get exact weather reports.

Went out yesterday morning, 8 of us left camp gonna ride 2 days. Not groomed yet, way low snow, least I've seen at the cabin in a long time. Crossed Kakwa lake, seems good, messed around near cabin, went down McBride road to the meadows and creeks on way up to Flattop but stopped at the skinny creek at the end, never even realized there were so many rocks in that creek , we beat up the meadows turned around went home. Trail is brutal, snow is way way low, need a bunch. Didn't ride today. Lots of guys went in today, probably a big line up at the dealers parts windows on monday , trail is gonna be horrendous by tomorrow. Sucks, but bunch of new sleds , guys got to put some miles and start the break in.
Come on snow !!!

I figured that was you guys. definitely the least amount of snow I've seen in there. we looked down Broadview and cecille and through paradise and the snow was lacking everywhere. I was planning on taking my son next weekend for his birthday but we may have to go somewhere else.

Talked to the professor tonite, he rode today said the trail was absolutely ridiculous. Can u seed the clouds a bit with that thing while you're up there flying around ?

Was up at kakwa lake again today and there's less snow than there was. the rain and warm weather knocked it down. There was some snow moving in. Hopefully it dumps huge otherwise it will be in the new year that we can start sledding out there. There were 2 sleds at the cabin. I bet that wasn't a fun ride.
