K&N intake

I seen the new K&N intake system at the sled show this weekend for the M1000. looks awsome gets rid of hood intake makes for easy hood removal for spring ride. Anyone know if you have to have a boondocker fuel controler for this K&N kit?

Be careful!! I haven't seen the new k&n system,but if it's at all like the last one it draws warm engine air in powder conditions..The BDX kit works well....My two cents...
