One thing you have to think about when you see this stuff is that if the us government knew china was spilling **** on us or anywhere dont you think they would shut them down?? Just looked on computer and the picture with buds boat in didn't post in panorama like was taken. There where 6 streams and that is what was cool. Pictures doesn't show them.

Here is a grenade for the discussion, I don't know what these tanks are for inside these aircrafts, but I'm pretty sure these kegs aren't full of beer. I have seen a lot of real contrails and they don't look the same as the ones that span the horizon and linger for hours. A more appropriate question is "do (normal) airplanes make clouds?" I do not believe they do, regardless of temperature variants between the airplane engines and the stratosphere. Yet these contrails are essentially making an artificial cloud cover. We know HAARP exists, why? What is its real purpose? Why was it funded by DoD? History channel's explanation might explain why we have had such lack luster winters in recent years.... I wouldn't be at all surprised that our governments are experimenting with the weaponization of weather, I'm not saying they do, but I will keep an open mind.

I've seen this before, and have also read opposing perspectives from engineers questioning liquid transfer infrastructure and flow rates between tanks for such supposed testing to produce meaningful results. Who knows what is true and what isn't, the internet is a giant smorgasborg of perspectives and propaganda, its a question of confidence in human beings and governments.

It would appear that there is at least one program in the beta phase that could explain these tanks and lingering contrails; climate engineering What is Climate Engineering? | Climate Engineering Conference 2014 "Solar Radiation Management or Sunlight Reflection Methods (SRM) aims to reduce the amount of heat trapped by greenhouse gases by reflecting sunlight back into space, either by increasing the reflectivity of the earth’s surfaces, or by deploying a layer of reflective particles in the atmosphere."

This article points out, its effects could be disastrous. "Reflecting the sun's rays into space would alter rainfall patterns", a consensus from the History Channel piece.

As has been discovered, such a program would explain the massive amounts of aluminum contaminating the snowpack and water supply in the Mt. Shasta area- published in an article from a previous post. When you see these programs being discussed by the scientific community and quietly endorsed by governments, we are no longer in tinfoil hat territory. The question I have is are other programs being conducted under the same umbrella, and how can they account for unintended consequences? These issues should be in the public debate.

I wonder why clouds linger In the sky so long...... Especially with out the drastic temp difference between them and the sky around them..... Things that make ya go hmmmmmm must be mysterious vapor clouds holding the chemicals for the planes to refuel they're sprayers
