January snow conditions

Wind will sure amp up the factors of the terrain. With all the loose snow lets be careful out there. I wouldn't want to see anybody get caught in a life changing situation.

Rode Renshaw on the weekend with the deepest snow I've seen there. Trail was awesome Saturday and Sunday both up and down.

We just got back from a week of riding mcbride. Conditions at renshaw were great but you had to go a ways to find it. Everything around the cabin is tracked. Trail is amazing. Was dumping snow when we left. Lol. We went up belle and lucelle for night rides and outside of going into the burn and deep in trees both places are tracked and wind blown. We started our way back to spirit along with some others and looked as though we were the first to go back. But a lot of snow has fallen so others may have. But needless to say there is endless snow if you know where and aren't scared to go deep to find it.

If a person gets out of sight of renshaw cabin there is good snow to had easily. Fresh snow in town lastnight and they are callin for a bunch more snow.

I have never ever not been able to find fresh at Renshaw, just need to know where to venture to. Should not have to go far though as up to 61cm is forecast for the next 5 days.
Truck to the cabin s only half the trip for distance.

Not a bluebird day.

it has been dumping in town all morning.
8 inches in the lower parking lot at belle. not allowing anyone to drive to upper parking lot. road not plowed.

Missing two guys in Lucile anyone see a guy on a pro rmk with and orange jacket and a guy on an all black pro rmk with all black klim
Gear, guys were riding around cabin when they went missing around 1pm today. Both riders are expericened riders. Search and rescue has call off there search and rescue due to the conditions up top right now. Anyone in area that will help us look for our buddies would be appreciated. Or if anyone saw 2 guys on pros having trouble today. We will be out tommorrow morning first thing searching for our friends, with search and rescue.

up Lucille this morning to search at 7:00 am. so much snow stuck on trail at the cut block. had to take a couple runs to get through. highway between jasper and tete jaun cosed due to avy.
