The questionable part to me is why is this confidential? Documents sealed and they are not talking about it. Didn't even make the internet news unless a search engine was used.

Probably wasn’t allowed to go to the bathroom when he asked and the judge threw his confession out like in the Claus/Frank trial. Our justice system is a joke.

We don't have a justice system, we have a legal system and it has more holes then a sinking ship

I hate the term “stayed”, the drunk driver that caused my car accident last October, well his charges got stayed too...
