It's snowing!!! Who's headin out to sparwood/corbin, etc. area?

Well, I'm done school and was gonna head back home tomorrow, but this new snow is makin me want to stay around for one last ride..

Anyone plannin on headin out that way on friday, sat or sun??
I want to go for one last ride, but definitely can't go solo.

8" in town this morning and it is still snowing. Going up shortly and will take some pictures.

What's this wasting time??? Had to have my two cups of coffee and doo my duty to S&M....

The nicest powder that I have seen for over 2 months!!! Wow. The only thing missing was the blue bird sky.

There was 6" to start with when I unloaded and it starts to increase at about 5000'. At Koko it was 12" and in Mear Lake and above it was 16-18". It was the nice light fluffy stuff too. Just awesome.

Down toward the Bull River it got less and less. I turned around at the creek crossing and there was only 1".

Sure nice to live in the mountians and be making first tracks with a dump like that!!

No but I tried on Sunday! Drove 98 miles on the quad and the last 3 miles was too soft....that was Elk Lakes. This trip was just a quickie to check out the snow on top: didn't go into Smith, Tundra, nor Crossing Lakes. When I go by myself I take it pretty easy.
